Frequently Asked Questions - Planning

How far in advance should we book the quartet?
We encourage you to book as early as possible, since the majority of spring and summer weekends fill up rather quickly.

When should we select the music?
Completed Wedding Ceremony Music Planners must be submitted 3 weeks before your wedding date. We also recommend providing us a draft of your wedding program to ensure correct spelling of composers and pieces.

I would like to use a special piece of music. Can you play it?
Yes. If the piece is not in our repertoire, we can arrange it for an additional fee.

Will you perform with singers?
Yes. We would need to communicate directly with them ahead of time to figure out the details.

Do you need to rehearse with the singer(s)?
Yes. We need to meet with them before the ceremony. The amount of rehearsal time depends on the music.

Do we need to meet in person?
No, it's not necessary. We can work out all details through correspondence. However, if you wish to meet with us in person, we can schedule an appointment.

Will you be at the wedding rehearsal? I'm worried about the timing of the music.
No, it's not necessary. We are accustomed to the wedding ceremony process and timing the music.
